By accessing or using MiniEscape Co. ("MiniEscape," "we," "us," or "our") at miniescape.co (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service. MiniEscape Co. is operated as a sole proprietorship under the laws of the State of Texas.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use MiniEscape. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
MiniEscape is a travel discovery application that helps users find same-day round-trip flight options from their home airport and generates AI-powered itineraries for the destination. MiniEscape does not sell flights, make bookings, or guarantee the availability or accuracy of any flight or price displayed. Flight data is sourced from a third-party provider and is provided for informational purposes only. Depending on the trip, bookings are completed on the airline's own website or through a third-party booking provider. MiniEscape is not a travel agent, airline, or booking platform, and does not process payment for flights.
To use the full features of the Service, you must create an account using a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately at support@miniescape.co if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
The free tier provides access to one (1) flight search per month and a preview of the generated itinerary. Full itinerary access requires a paid subscription. Paid subscribers receive unlimited flight searches and full access to all itinerary content. Subscriptions are billed on a monthly or annual basis as selected at checkout. Monthly plan: $9.99/month. Annual plan: $79.99/year. All payments are processed by Stripe. Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. You may cancel at any time through your account settings. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us at support@miniescape.co within 30 days of the charge.
Prices displayed in MiniEscape are estimates only. Flight prices are sourced from a third-party data provider and may not reflect current availability, fare class, seat inventory, or applicable fees and taxes. The final price is determined by the airline at the time of booking. MiniEscape makes no guarantee that any flight shown will be available at the displayed price or at all. We are not responsible for price discrepancies between what is shown in the app and what you are charged by the airline.
Some booking links in MiniEscape are affiliate links. If you book a flight after following one of these links, MiniEscape Co. may receive a commission from the booking provider at no additional cost to you. This does not affect the price you pay, and it does not influence which flights we show you or how they are ordered. Flights are selected and ranked on trip viability and price only.
Itineraries are generated using artificial intelligence and are provided for informational and entertainment purposes. They are not professional travel advice. Hours of operation, admission prices, restaurant availability, and other details may be inaccurate or outdated. You are responsible for verifying all itinerary details before relying on them for travel planning. MiniEscape is not liable for any loss, expense, or inconvenience resulting from inaccurate itinerary content.
You agree not to: use the Service for any unlawful purpose; attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or extract data from the Service; share your account credentials with others or use the Service on behalf of multiple people under a single account; use automated tools to generate searches or access the Service in bulk; interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Service.
All content, design, code, and materials comprising the Service — including the MiniEscape name, logo, and AI-generated itinerary content — are owned by MiniEscape Co. or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without our prior written consent.
MiniEscape integrates with third-party services including Stripe (payments), a third-party flight data provider, a third-party booking provider (used for some flight bookings), a third-party AI service (itinerary generation), and a third-party image generation service (destination photos). Your use of those services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. MiniEscape is not responsible for the actions, content, or policies of any third-party service.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. MINIESCAPE DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS. WE MAKE NO WARRANTY REGARDING THE ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, OR TIMELINESS OF FLIGHT DATA OR ITINERARY CONTENT.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, MINIESCAPE CO. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO FLIGHT PRICE DISCREPANCIES, MISSED FLIGHTS, TRAVEL DISRUPTIONS, OR RELIANCE ON AI-GENERATED ITINERARY CONTENT. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO MINIESCAPE IN THE THREE (3) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MiniEscape Co. and its operators from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third party's rights.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Texas, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Service after updated Terms are posted constitutes your acceptance of the changes. We will notify users of material changes via email when feasible.
